Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted a career that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to get my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2014.
I have had intensive internships and training at the Southern California Counseling Center, as well as GrowurPotential Counseling Center where I learned from skilled supervisors well-known in the industry.
I have experience working with couples, children, people with different types of trauma and who are having trouble adjusting to new environments or careers.
I am trained under Laurel Parnell's Attachment Focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and in TRM (Trauma Resiliency Model). I also incorporate other mindfulness-based methods to help my clients overcome trauma.
I can also do sessions in Hebrew!

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy will allow you to overcome any obstacle. By having a safe space to process who you are and why you are the way you are, you will be able to shift and become the person you want to be.
Couples Therapy
They say two heads are better than one but when those two heads are constantly clashing, it can feel overwhelming for anyone.
Maybe there was a breach in trust, communication is poor, or your partner feels like a stranger. Perhaps the emotional or physical intimacy has deeply diminished. Whatever the case, couples in therapy will have the opportunity to explore patterns and behaviors in their relationship and uncover what's not working.
Therapy Designed for Gamers
In my therapy practice, I use video games in a variety of ways. I might use them to help clients build communication skills, learn problem-solving strategies, or develop coping mechanisms. I might also use them to help clients explore their identities, process trauma, or connect with others.
I believe that video games can be a valuable tool for therapy, but it is important to use them in a safe and supportive way. I am trained in the use of video games in therapy, and I have a deep understanding of the gaming community.
Group Therapy
I facilitate weekly group meetings.
Group therapy has many advantages such as being more affordable,
providing multiple perspectives
as well as the support needed when having to process difficult issues.
New groups generally start in the beginning of each month or when there are enough members interested.
The next group will be for recently new dads.

Approaches
Information about the specific therapeutic modalities I use
I believe that all people have the potential to heal and grow, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for facilitating this process. I take a humanistic approach to therapy, which means that I believe that people are inherently good and capable of change. I also believe that the therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing process, and that I can create a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
However, I also believe that no one approach to therapy is perfect for everyone, and that I need to be flexible and eclectic in my approach. This means that I am willing to draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and psychodynamic therapy. I also incorporate creative techniques, such as art therapy and play therapy, when appropriate.
My goal is to tailor my therapy to the individual needs of each client. I believe that everyone's story is unique, and that I need to understand my clients' experiences in order to help them heal. I am committed to providing my clients with the support and guidance they need to reach their full potential.
